Community Solar Subscription

Instead of installing panels on your roof, you subscribe to a local solar farm and receive guaranteed credits on your utility bill each month — typically a discount on the portion of your bill the credits offset.

Load Shaping & Tariff Optimization

Every utility offers multiple rate classes, and customers are often on the wrong one for their actual usage pattern. We analyze your interval data and either move you to a better rate, or adjust how and when you use power to fit your current rate more efficiently.

Harmonic Filters

Industrial equipment (motors, VFDs, large HVAC) can create 'dirty power' that causes your meter to read higher than your actual useful consumption. Harmonic filters clean up this signal and reduce waste. The fix is equipment-based and one-time.

REC Brokering & ESG Compliance

Renewable Energy Certificates let you claim the environmental attributes of clean power without physically receiving it. We source RECs at wholesale pricing and advise on how to use them to meet internal sustainability goals or external reporting obligations.

Telecom & Cloud Expense Audit

The same audit discipline we apply to utility bills, applied to telecom and cloud invoices. Billing errors, unused lines, outdated contracts, and overprovisioned services are common.

Generator Monetization

If you own backup generators, they're sitting idle 99% of the time. Grid operators will pay you annually just to keep them available during rare emergency events. We enroll your generators into capacity markets and demand response programs and handle the ongoing coordination.

Demand Response

Utilities will pay you to temporarily reduce your electricity usage during periods of grid stress for a few hours, a handful of events per year. Reductions can come from slightly adjusting HVAC, dimming non-essential lighting, or pausing non-critical loads. Or if you have generators or back-up batteries, you can disconnect from the grid and operate on those.

Energy Storage as a Service (ESaaS)

We install commercial-scale batteries at your site at no upfront cost to you. The battery charges when electricity is cheap and discharges during the expensive peak periods of your bill, cutting your demand charges significantly. You pay a monthly service fee that's always below the savings we create.

Virtual Power Plant (VPP) Participation

We link batteries, generators, and smart equipment across multiple sites into a single cloud-managed resource that sells power and services back to the grid. You share in the revenue proportional to your contribution.

Microgrid as a Service

For sites where uptime is critical (data centers, healthcare, manufacturing), we design and deploy integrated microgrid systems. We combine solar, storage, generation, and controls so that they can operate independently during grid outages and earn revenue during normal operations.

Tax Incentive & Grant Capture

Federal and state incentives for energy investments are substantial but complex: the Investment Tax Credit, MACRS depreciation, energy community adders, IRA-era bonus credits, and state-specific grants. We identify which incentives apply, how to stack them, and coordinate the paperwork with your CPA or tax advisor.
